A project by
“Behind the Numbers” is an initiative of the United Nations Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs (UN DPPA) that brings together unique insights into the women, peace and security (WPS) agenda and UN Security Council resolution 1325.
It is a data storytelling project developed by the UN DPPA Innovation Cell in close collaboration with the Gender, Peace and Security (GPS) Unit in the Policy and Mediation Division (PMD) and the Security Council Practices and Charter Research Branch (SCPCRB) in the Security Council Affairs Division (SCAD).
